LAYFLAT PVC HOSE
INTRODUCTION
It is made by an advanced continuous manufacturing techniqueusing a special formulation of PVC and high tensile polyester yarn.The process ensures total penetration of PVC onto the intersticesof the polyester reinforcement and inseparable fusion of the innerand outer walls of PVC. This method of production allows maximumstrength to be obtained while maintaining minimum wallthickness.
The hose thus produced has an exceptionally high hoop strength,at the same time allowing minimum longitudinal movement. It is alightweight, water- proof flexible hose. It is resistant toweather, abrasion, process fluids and is rugged enough to takerepeated daily rough handling. It does not corrode and is availablein long lengths. It assumes a conventional round appearance underpressure and returns to its flat shape after use, for easy handlingand storage. It does not need drying and can be rolled immediatelyafter use. The hose is tough and will give many years of usefulservice.
